REFERRING DENTISTS

We are always happy to accept referrals for surgical extractions.

We will only provide the treatment you request us to provide. This may be for advice only, or for full treatment as stipulated by you.

​

We accept referrals via email or letter, using the referral form which you can download here.

 We will:

​

• Keep you informed of your patients treatment and progress

• Only carry out the treatment that the patient has been referred for

• Return the patient back to your care after the treatment has been carried out
